Money Laundering Strike Force

The Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office is seeking a Florida Bar member in good standing with at least three years’ experience to work with the South Florida Financial Crimes Strike Force (SFFCSF). This is primarily a civil litigation position and the selected candidate will be responsible for litigating civil forfeitures on behalf of the SFFCSF in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court. The assigned Assistant State Attorney will also be expected to provide legal advice to participating Strike Force law enforcement agencies in proactive money laundering and related investigations.
