SPECIAL NOTES:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional requirements:
- Six (6) months operating a multi-line telephone system.
- One (1) year of clerical work experience.
- Six (6) months experience processing payments and handling cash.
- Ability to reconcile account balances and monitor proper fiscal records.
- Ability to prepare complex reports and correspondence.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A valid and current driver’s license.
Preference:
- Experience answering and directing phone calls.
This position requires a security background check, including fingerprint as a condition of employment.
Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle.
This position will be filled at $15.00 per hour at 40 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications for this position include the following REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE,
- Knowledgeable of phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to file reports electronically and manually.
- Ability to identify confidential information.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and meet timelines.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Answering incoming phone calls and aiding customers.
- Learn and assist with the registration process and dormitory system.
- Filing documents and reports electronically and manually.
- Working with FCDICE to assist customers.
- Learn and operate the Raptor badging system.
