The Work You Will Do:
Creative Services Manager -Turnpike Enterprise/Communications & Marketing
This position will lead the Creative Services Team within the Communications and marketing Department, managing multiple concurrent projects that support Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise’s strategic marketing and communication goals.

Anticipated Salary:
$3,423.08 bi-weekly/$89,000.08 annually
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Lead the Creative Services team within the Communications and Marketing Department, managing multiple concurrent projects that support Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise’s strategic marketing and communication goals. Oversee the development and execution of creative marketing materials, including websites, mobile applications, social media content, graphic design, photography, maps, customer newsletters, and multimedia content. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with Enterprise’s overall brand strategy, ensuring compliance with established brand guidelines and Florida Department of Transportation policies. Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Communications team to develop integrated campaigns and ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and effective. Provide direction on creative content and marketing strategy.
Oversee and provide leadership to internal staff and consultants, managing workload priorities, assignments, project timelines, and deliverables. Establish performance expectations, conduct periodic reviews, and support employee development through training and mentorship.
Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with department-wide initiatives and special projects.
The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
- branding, visual identity, and marketing principles as they apply to large-scale public infrastructure projects.
- Florida Department of Transportation guidelines, transportation-related communications, and public-sector marketing best practices.
Skills in:
- Strong project management
- Strong verbal and written communication with expertise in proofreading, grammar, and content review.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and other digital content management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to:
- manage a team, delegate responsibilities, and provide clear direction on creative projects.
