Security Systems Coordinator/ Office of Administration/ Information Technology Services TPK Office
This position will serve as primary access control and identification card (ID) administrator, review, approve, and process requests in the department’s security request system, conduct internal quality assurance, while coordinating with Facility & Toll Operations teams to install, repair, or remove access control & security camera equipment.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Serves as primary access control and identification card (ID) administrator responsible for importing employee photo into the system, producing and programming access card/ID as well as terminating access cards. Responsible for creation and maintenance of access control groups within the control system. Provides security camera software support in conjunction technology support staff. Responsible for maintaining access and control groups within the security camera system.
Reviews, approves and processes requests in the department’s security request system related to access cards. Provides facility managers and secure room owners quarterly reports to verify who has access to each facility/room. Provides quarterly reports to facility managers of security camera access to validate proper access. Provides reports for historical inquiries.
Conducts internal quality assurance audits and evaluates daily operations to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service. Develop & maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as employee instructions for access control and security camera systems. Identifies potential problem areas, formulates solutions for leadership review and implementation.
Coordinates with Facility & Toll Operations teams to install, repair or remove access control & security camera equipment from remote locations. Provides end user training on security camera software.
