THIS IS NOT A TELEWORK POSITION. CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK IN THE OFFICE.

Current employees will be compensated in accordance with the DCF salary policy.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.

Business hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.

Salary: $16.71/HR.

 

Required Minimum Qualifications: 

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent. 
  • Note: Be prepared to provide a copy of your degree/diploma or request official transcripts from your school. All documents must be in English, clear, and legible, showing all signatures and pertinent details. Foreign degrees must be validated by a third party to meet the US equivalency requirements. All costs are the responsibility of the applicant. 
  • At least one (1) year of clerical work in a professional setting or contact/ customer service experience serving members of the public.  

 

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria: 

  • Excellent writing and verbal skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

This position reports directly to the Hope Florida Program office. This position will function as a Clerk. This is a professional position which is responsible for helping customers that are in crisis by accessing a wide variety of services and resources that can assist staff, as well as the customers. 

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 

  • Demonstrating professionalism competency, working well with others.  
  • Communicating clearly, and effectively listening to customers.  
  • Talking to others to effectively convey information. 
  • Assist with other duties as requested.
