This position will answer and route telephone calls, takes messages and answers general questions. Greets guests and directs them to the appropriate personnel.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Answers and routes telephone calls, takes messages and answers general questions. Greets guests and directs them to the appropriate personnel. Assists with scheduling meetings and processes office documentation as necessary. Operates a variety of standard office equipment such as fax, copiers, scanners, and computers. Prepares, organizes and distributes materials including mail, supplies and other office equipment.
Serves as Unit Training Coordinator with inputting training requests/certificates and Property Custodian with maintaining and transferring of equipment, requesting decals, conducting annual inventory scanning, and processing surplus property requests. Assists with Professional Engineer Training Program including meeting document preparation, maintains training schedules, updating photo board and SharePoint website.
Maintains and organizes records, filing systems and inventory through the use of Department tracking and data management file system.
Provide support in the annual inventory process by locating and scanning assigned property and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency.
