MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or its equivalent and one (1) year of secretarial or clerical work experience.
College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for the required work experience.
Vocational/technical training in the area of secretarial science or office/business studies can substitute at the rate of 720 classroom hours for the required work experience.
This position requires possession of a valid Driver License.

NOTES:
The work schedule for this position is Saturday- Sunday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Hours may vary to include late evenings, as needed.

JOB DUTIES:
This position is in the Bureau of State Farmers’ Markets, at the Palatka State Market. It is mission critical for the safe and efficient operation of one of Florida’s major State Farmers’ Markets.
This is an OPS seasonal position working at the Palatka State Farmers’ Market as a truck scale operator. This OPS position will work weekends, mornings to evenings and possible weekday evenings. The position is responsible for interacting with scale customers, writing truck scale tickets, collecting, and counting fees, balancing a money drawer, and answering phones. Computer skills are required to access training videos, department correspondences, and times sheets, as needed. Also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
