This is confidential legal Investigative work. An employee in a position allocated to this class is responsible for conducting investigations of cases to include felony, misdemeanor, juvenile and other assigned cases.
Work is performed under the general supervision of a higher level employee and is reviewed through reports and personal conferences for achievement of desired results.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Training and Experience: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in a criminal justice related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Required Skills:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments based on importance.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the legal field or court system.
Knowledge and proficiency in scanning and indexing documents electronically.
