SALARY RANGE

$40,000.00 - $45,760.00 Annually                       $1,538.46 - $1,760.00 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

 This is a professional position responsible for all activities associated with the development and refinement of functions related to iConnect. This position will require collaboration with other subject matter experts and may consist of travel to conduct or attend meetings.

 

The Work You Will Do 

Conduct and attend meetings with subject matter experts regarding potential enchantments or new functions within iConnect. Plan and research the associated job functions and responsibilities as it relates to the iBudget Handbook, Rule and in practice. Partner with internal and external stakeholders regarding iConnect functionality needs.

 

Assist with User Acceptance Testing providing knowledge of end-users’ needs within iConnect aligned with the iBudget Handbook requirements. Assist in documenting scripts and discoveries in testing. Collaborate with IT, subject matter experts and iConnect team to discuss potential issues and assist in providing solutions to overcome potential issues.

 

Develop communications to be sent out to end-users to assist with the distribution of new updates and enhancements along with helpful tips for end users.

 

Provide technical assistance to APD staff, providers, WSCs, and helpdesk staff.

 

Keep current on iConnect functionalities.

 

Works on special projects and other assignments and/or performs other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License or other efficient means of transportation and willing to travel to different locations throughout the State for work purposes.

Direct Deposit Program

As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program.  Rather than receiving a paper paycheck, your funds will be deposited directly into your account at your financial institution. This will be accomplished by Electronic Funds Transfer. Banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions are eligible to accept such deposits. Retirement funds are also required to be in the Direct Deposit Program.

Background Screening Requirement

It is the policy of the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities that applicants for employment undergo Level 2 employment screening in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, as a condition of employment or being permitted to serve as a volunteer.
