JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Senior Attorney position in either Pensacola or Crestview, FL. This position will represent the Department of Revenue Child Support Program in Circuit Court and Division of Administrative Hearings proceedings to establish paternity as needed and establish, modify, and enforce child support obligations in the panhandle and other counties as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

• Member of the Florida Bar.
• Two (2) years of experience as an attorney.

PREFERENCES:

• Preference may be given to those with experience in Child Support and Family Law.
• Preference may be given to candidates with bilingual language skills (English and Spanish). 

SPECIAL NOTES:

• The selected candidate will be expected to work at the Pensacola or Crestview office.
• Some travel may be required.

SALARY: The anticipated starting salary for this position is $78,000 annually.
