This position will contribute to the agency by providing support to contract managers in the review of invoices, tracking contract expenditures, monitoring project milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.

Annual Salary Range:

$59,774.14 - $ 77,354.76

 

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for day-to-day contract support for Toll Operations Contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, providing support to contract managers in the review of invoices, tracking contract expenditures, monitoring project milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.

 

Participates in all phases of a contract, from scope development, procurement, contract development and execution, implementation, monitoring, and improvement development.

 

Ensures contractors are meeting all service levels, and documentation requirements, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other reporting requirements.

 

Works with tolls leadership in the identification of needs, scope and procurement mechanism, participates in the scope development and contract writing to ensure all needs are addressed and covered by the scope, vendor proposal and contractual language.

 

Creates, maintains, and updates contract file documents including records related to project status meetings, oversight team review, contract performance, amendment renewals, among other relevant contractual documentation.

 

Coordinates with the Department Contract Managers to process invoices, purchase orders and creates and maintains invoice tracking system.

 

Participates and supports the department throughout the necessary contract audits and review processes.

 

Ensures the department's compliance with all current and future contract requirements, triggering the necessary actions to address any potential gap.

 

Works closely with other business units including Toll Systems, SunPass Operations and Tolls Data Center (or others as needed) to coordinate special activities, tasks, and projects.

 

Performs other duties as assigned. Serves in times of emergency to support state response efforts and ensuring continuity of operations.
