Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) carry on a close relationship with patients as they clothe, bathe, feed, and observe vital signs within our long-term care facility.

 

To become a CNA you must attend a program and receive instruction in this field. This rewarding career field is projected to grow between now and 2024, so take the first step in pursuing a fulfilling career by attending our PAID TRAINING PROGRAM!  The class will be five (5) weeks long, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., it is MANDATORY you attend every class and there will be nightly homework.

 

After graduation there will be MANDATORY floor orientation on all three (3) shifts:

7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

 

The training class will start in April, 2020 – Date to be announced.

 

Must be willing to work FULL-TIME on the 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shift once the course is completed.  If 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. shift positions are available, they will be assigned.

 

Receive compensation while training.  Eligible for Health and other benefits!

 

Starting Hourly Salary: $10.50 per Hour

Paid Bi-Weekly

Past or Currently Licensed CNA's need not apply

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent OR be at least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of the employment screening process to include, but not limited to, a national background investigation and drug test

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
