This advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Florida State Prison in Education Services.

 

Salary: $57,165.16 Annual Rate

 

SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate educational outreach to institutions and community stakeholders regarding pre-release employment engagement processes to support successful reintegration.
  • Collect, analyze, and generate data-driven reports utilizing release data to track employment outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with regional re-entry service providers to enhance support services, including housing, transportation, and counseling for returning citizens.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure regional tasks align with established policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee pre-release employment connection activities within the region to enhance workforce readiness and employment opportunities for individuals preparing for re-entry.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Fluent in MS Office Suite and knowledge of databases.
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of experience in either classification, workforce development or a social services field. Postsecondary education may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.
