This advertisement is for an OPS (Other Personal Services) position located at the Statewide Records Retention Center.
Salary: $18.00 Hourly Rate
SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective communication.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
- Skill in drafting and composing correspondence.
- Skill in using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to collect, record and analyze data relating to records or operational procedures.
- Ability to prepare reports.
- Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete work assignments.
- Ability to utilize problem solving techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to review data for accuracy.
- Experience with computer principles and techniques of records management.
- Experience with automated office machines to include personal computer, copier, fax, printer, scanner, etc.

- Employee Only: $25 biweekly
- Spouse Program: $15 biweekly
- Employee & Family: $90 biweekly.

You contribute 7.5% of your compensation to this tax deferred plan. All OPS employees are required to participate in this plan and are automatically enrolled.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
