 POSITION TITLE: INVOICE ANALYST

This open competitive advertisement is for a Career Service position located at the Region II Pharmacy in Raiford, Florida.

This position requires a detail-oriented applicant who is interested in becoming knowledgeable of the new Pharmacy Services Contract and the deliverables associated with the contract.

This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Invoice Analysis and Auditing
    Serve as an Invoice Analyst and Auditor; review invoices and deliverables for accuracy and contract compliance; assist in auditing contractor invoices as needed.
  • Contract Knowledge and Compliance
    Maintain thorough knowledge of the pharmacy services contract and deliverables; advise Contract Manager on invoicing and service delivery issues.
  • Invoice Processing and Communication
    Process invoices for vouchering after approval; maintain timely communication with contractors; provide technical assistance to resolve invoice issues.
  • Reporting and Collaboration
    Prepare reports for leadership and external parties; assist management and other directors in resolving pharmacy service issues; handle special projects and team assignments.
  • Records Management and Work Environment
    Keep invoice files updated and inspection-ready; assist with public records requests; foster a positive work environment with management and stakeholders.

  • Must have a high school diploma or it’s equivalent.
  • Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed to fulfill chemotherapy, inpatient, and emergency prescriptions.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preference will be given to those who have experience in inpatient oncology, hematology and dialysis prescriptions.
  • Preference will be given to those currently licensed as a pharmacy technician by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.

 

Support of knowledge, skills, and abilities should be demonstrated on the application, in the education, in the work experience, in the work sample, in the interview and/or during reference checks.
