Your Specific Responsibilities:
Under supervision of the Operations & Mgmt. Consultant Mgr.-SES this position is responsible for initiating and coordinating Tobacco prevention, Seminole Healthy Babies, PrEP/nPEP and SANE program daily activities at the county level.
PrEP/Npep/SANE program
This position serves as a liaison between the HIV/AIDS prevention program (PrEP/nPEP) youth and adult, organizations, businesses and other local agencies. Coordinate and oversee all payable for Quest and State labs, maintain vaccines inventory, fiscal, and reporting environments for PrEP program. 340B third party billing and authorizations.
Operates and maintains audiovisual equipment, computers, projection panels, teleconferencing equipment and related materials. Plan and coordinate all national awareness days, special events, health fairs. Collectively report on strategy plan for program. Build and manage community-based meetings, coalitions and partnerships.
Facilitate scheduled meetings, presentations, trainings, and assist in creating unique communications/media as it relates to the program. Designs and produces health education media materials, brochures and displays for health fairs, seminars, conferences.
Tobacco Prevention and Florida Healthy Babies
This position serves a liaison between the Tobacco Prevention and Infants. Coordinate and Oversee all goals and objectives on workplans: TOBBX, IFM, and TOBHB Operates and maintains audiovisual equipment, computers, projection panels, teleconferencing equipment and related materials. Plan and coordinate all national awareness days, special events, health fairs. Collectively report on strategy plan for program. Build and manage community-based meetings, coalitions and partnerships.
Facilitate scheduled meetings, presentations, trainings, and assist in creating unique communications/media as it relates to the program.
SANE Program
This position serves as a liaison between the SANE program youth and adult, organizations, businesses and other local agencies. Coordinate and Oversee all payable for labs, OCA”S fiscal, and reporting environments. Facilitate scheduled meetings, presentations, trainings, and assist in creating unique communications/media as it relates to the program.
Reconciling of monthly invoices for SANE program. MFMP liaison for purchasing. Operates and maintains audiovisual equipment, computers, projection panels, teleconferencing equipment and related materials. Plan and coordinate all national awareness days, special events, health fairs. Collectively report on strategy plan for program. Build and manage community-based meetings, coalitions and partnerships.
Collectively develop a work plan, budgets, purchasing goods and services for as it relates to each policy area.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position:
Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of tobacco prevention, resources and use reduction in the areas of cessation, secondhand smoke, and youth prevention.
Knowledge of coalition development, building and maintaining partnerships.
Knowledge of computers, word processing skills and computer applications that will enable individual with oral presentations
Knowledge of office procedures and practices.
Ability to interpret and apply departmental rules, regulations and office procedures.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and organize work assignments with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain effective working relationship with others.
Requires travel and some weekend and evening hours. This is a tobacco-free position, and a background check will be required.
Skilled in written and oral communications, public speaking is required.
