THE INCUMBENT WILL REPORT TO THE OFFICE ON A DAILY BASIS.

The primary function of this position is to serve as an Interviewing Clerk for the Central Region. Incumbents must pay close attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

 This position will be working in Spring Hill (Marion County). 

The work hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.


EXAMPLES OF WORK

  • The incumbent will work under the supervision of the Lobby Supervisor and provide professional clerical support to customers. This includes assisting with inquiries, managing documentation, processing forms, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and courteously. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both customers and team members. Clerical functions include:
    • Creating documents
    • Maintaining Excel and Office files
    • Use of multiple computer programs
  • Works independently, exercises judgment with self-discipline, and takes appropriate action.
  • Will communicate with others to obtain and verify information.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
