CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- New employees of the Department of Military Affairs will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- New employees of the Department of Military Affairs are required to participate in a direct deposit/electronic transfer program.
- The Department of Military Affairs is paid on a monthly basis.
- As a CANDIDATE, you may be required to provide documentation (i.e., High School Diploma or Equivalency, College Transcripts, ETC.) to verify meeting these Minimum Qualifications.
- Must be able to obtain a completion of a favorable National Agency Check background investigation clearance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree from an accredited College or University with major coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related field; OR
- A High School Diploma AND Two (2) years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes payment of all invoices, purchasing card transactions, travel reimbursements, and payroll on all assigned Cooperative Agreement accounts. This includes researching payment status and requisition reconciliations.
Balances, on a monthly basis, Department of Military Affairs Financial Tracking System (DMAFTS) program with Florida Accounting and Information Resource (FLAIR) reports. Research and correct any and all balancing errors. Work previous year accounts until all appropriation is fully expended .
Prepares Form 270, Request for Reimbursement, and documents on all assigned agreements on a monthly basis or as needed on federal and state cooperative agreements.
Attends quarterly reviews on all assigned agreements. Prepares extension memos, liability lists, and any other documentation (if applicable) as required by supervisor.
Completes other duties as assigned.
