Minimum Qualifications
5 years of direct work experience in computer systems analysis and/or computer programming;
OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one of the computer sciences or in management information systems, and one year of experience as described above; OR a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the computer sciences or in
management information systems.

This position is based at the FWRI headquarters in St Pete.
Employment in this position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a Level 1 and Level 2 background check at no cost to the candidate. Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Not eligible for Telework.

Position Overview and Responsibilities:
Consult Program Areas and users to assess and define systems requirements. Answer questions and resolve computer problems in person and remotely. Aid in the use of technology, hardware, and software. Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Responsible for keeping an inventory of computer equipment and software in assigned areas. Process and track workload using the agency's incident management tracking system. Test and monitor software, hardware, and peripheral equipment. Verify operations and detect errors. Prepare evaluations and submit recommendations to management.
May take a lead role in the planning, testing, and implementation of major projects under the supervision of management.
Complete administrative tasks via Microsoft Intune. Configure device enrollment and handle all aspects of the device’s lifecycle. Manage device configuration. Deploy applications, manage updates and troubleshoot install failures and detection rules. Mange access to resources in both Microsoft Intune & Active Directory. Create and manage security groups and assign configuration profiles and compliance policies.
Write and maintain up-to-date documentation for supporting Information Technology Systems. Create KB articles for common issues.
Read technical manuals and work directly with hardware and software manufacturers to develop training materials and procedures to conduct training programs. Establish methods and procedures for use of information technology systems.
Perform other related duties as required by the Office of Information Technology
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of distributed processing operations, procedures and equipment, problem solving techniques and computer and software. Ability to process information logically and solve problems; develop training programs related - to distributed processing; monitor and resolve problems with distributed systems components; identify and define user task needs; communicate effectively; and plan, organize and coordinate work assignments. Work additional hours when maintenance/ installations require.
