Pay:

$32,696.82 - $48,500.04

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Review documents associated with agency business events to use as backup for creation of financial transactions to record same.

Review financial records for use in building management reports required by agency stakeholders.

Ensure all FLAIR correction requests are tracked and processed in a timely and efficient manner and all requestors are kept informed of the request’s status.  Track trends and maintain statistics for analysis and reporting.

FLAIR table maintenance.  Ensure all FLAIR agency-maintained tables and files are kept current.  This includes all agency unique objects, FLAIR account codes, Other Cost Accumulators, organizational codes and Expansion Option files.

Maintain and build procedures for tasks performed by Accounting Systems unit.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis.

Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials.

Ability to conduct fact-finding research.

Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.

Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

 

Qualifications:

As a condition of pre-employment eligibility, a Level 2 security background screening is required, which consists of fingerprinting and a check of local, state and national law enforcement records.
