The Agency is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant I position which provides office support to the Medicaid Fair Hearing Unit. 

 

Duties involve complex work assignments with minimum instructions and include, but are not limited to ensuring proper tracking, filing, and follow-up of all communications, documentation, and evidence received. 

 

This includes calls/communications requiring translation, ensure proper follow-up with Chief, and Hearing Officers. 

 

Preference given to candidates with experience using Propio and FMMIS. 

 

This position will be hired at the salary rate of $1,476.09 biweekly/non-negotiable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of one year experience as an administrative assistant or similar position performing administrative duties. 

Must have at minimum one year of experience with Microsoft Office products.
