This position will be filled at $1,350.00 bi-weekly and is non-negotiable.

 

The Agency is seeking to fill an Administrative Assistant I position which provides office support to the Medicaid Fair Hearing Unit. 

Duties involve complex work assignments with minimum instructions and include, but are not limited to the below listed tasks.

 

Handle incoming calls, emails, incoming and outgoing USPS mail, and faxes for the Office of Fair Hearings. 

Ensure proper tracking, filing, and follow-up of all communications, documentation, and evidence received. 

This includes calls/communications requiring translation. 

Draft documents as required. 

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Chief. 

Assist with overflow work when office is short of support staff.
