This position provides support for the Office of Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Policy Analysis Unit through developing and maintaining processes to document, track, and report the activities and accomplishments unit.

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

•Provide customer service, organize meetings and events, including the facilitation of meetings and drafting of meeting minutes, and provide resource assistance in response to inquiries and support and track the annual outreach event plan.

•Maintain program knowledge of the Agency’s Health Information Technology projects and participate on project teams for the Health Information Exchange programs.

•Provide project management support for outreach activities for the Florida Center for Health Information and Transparency.

•Manage content and performs updates and development for the Florida HIE and Policy Analysis internal and external websites. 

•Authors, edits, reviews or coordinates production of outreach materials and reports as assigned.

•Other duties as assigned to support the HIE and Policy Analysis Unit.

 

 Minimum Qualifications:

•At least two years of professional experience using Microsoft Office in a business environment.

•At least one year of professional customer service or technical assistance experience.

 

A good attendance record is essential for any individual in this position as the work involved occurs daily and is time-critical. 

The individual in this position is expected to report to work daily and on time. 

Leave must be requested in advance except in emergency circumstances not under the control of the employee.

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher)

•Strong organizational skills

BACKGROUND SCREENING
