This position is responsible for administrative support within the Agency Clerk's Office.
Duties involve complex work assignments with minimum instructions and include, but are not limited to:
Entering case activities into electronic case tracking systems.
Performing quality assurance reviews on all Final Orders scanned into an electronic database.
Emailing copies of Final Orders to persons within and outside the Agency.
Drafting Final Orders, Notices and other documents for the Agency Clerk.
Assisting with filing Notices and Final Orders electronically with the Division of Administrative Hearings.
Creating Clerk files for new hearing requests.
Assisting with copying and mailing Final Orders and other legal documents.
Assisting with scanning Final Orders into an electronic database.
Obtaining copies of documents from Agency personnel and outside parties regarding the status of cases.
Inputting information into Excel spreadsheets in order to track status of cases.
Taking overflow work from the Public Records Unit as necessary.
Handling routine phone calls to the General Counsel's Office and Agency Clerk's Office.

General office duties.
Knowledge of and training for LaserFiche, Versa and FACTS.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
One year experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
One year of general office experience.
Preference will be given to individuals with experience scanning documents into an electronic database and experience with Public Records process.
