This position is situated in the Bureau of Central Services within the Division of Health Care Policy and Oversight. The Bureau provides services and support to the facility licensure function of the Agency and is comprised of four units: the Background Screening Unit, the Financial Analysis Unit, the Central Intake Unit, and the Systems, Training, and Support Unit. These units are responsible for the receipt and distribution of all health care facility applications and processing of associated fees; the background screening of facility owners, administrators, personnel, and Medicaid providers, and other personnel working with Florida’s vulnerable population; the financial analysis and financial data collection of health care facilities; and the systems management, data support and training within the Division of Health Care Policy and Oversight.

 

The Work You'll Do:

 

This position is located in the Central Intake section within the Bureau of Central Services.

The incumbent in this position functions as a member of a cooperative team that is responsible for providing centralized services processing mail with and without fees, scanning documents, reviewing and approving user agreements for Single Sign On access, and quality assurance of images and data.

The incumbent is responsible for the daily intake of licensure documents, analysis, identification and quality assurance of documents, the return of documents to providers, and serves as backup to DDA.

Communicates and interacts with other Agency personnel as necessary to complete required transactions

 

This position will be hired at the minimum salary of $1,298.46 biweekly and is non-negotiable.

Knowledge of VERSA and Laserfiche software

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

One (1) year of professional or nonprofessional experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative work is required.

Experience working in VERSA and Laserfiche software is preferred.
