This position reports directly to the Operations & Management Consultant II (OMC II) in the Bureau of General Services, Operational Support unit. 

The incumbent in this position performs work that requires independent judgment and decision making skills. 

The incumbent must be able to lift 50 pounds and maintain a valid U.S driver’s license.

 

Specific duties of this position are as follows:

This position serves as the Agency's Records Management Liaison Officer (RMLO) responsible for ensuring proper inventory management and disposition of agency records.

 

Coordinate and advises staff in records management.

 

Responsible for the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

 

Serve as the key custodian for Agency Headquarters.  Manages all facilities keys to include:  issuance, replacement and rekeying.

 

Prepare purchase requisitions / orders for goods, services and supplies in MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) / Ariba on Demand (AOD).

 

Process and approve invoices in MFMP / AOD in accordance with Agency policies related to procurement of commodities and/or services.

 

Track and maintain accurate expenditure data in tracking spreadsheets.

 

Mail Processing: receives, sorts and processes incoming mail and packages from the United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS and other courier services.  Timely prepares and organizes outgoing mail, ensuring correct postage and labeling.  Operate mail room equipment.  Deliver mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence to recipients within established time frames.

 

Pickup out going mail to process timely and within established time frames.    Handle special or urgent delivery / pickup requests as requested.

 

Safely operate a motor vehicle, adheres to all laws while preforming mail pickup / delivery activities.

 

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

This position will be filled at $1,556.78 biweekly and is non-negotiable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office experience, to include, Word and Excel.

Must have at least 1 year of experience with MFMP / AOD

Must have a current valid drivers license.

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs with or without accommodations.

Must be able to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm
