POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is a highly technical professional position within the Agency for Health Care Administration's Division of Information Technology, Bureau of Strategic Information Technologies. 

This position is responsible for assisting in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Agency's computer systems.

This position is part of the Laserfiche and Microsoft Dynamics CRM team.

This position requires an enthusiastic candidate to work as part of a highly responsive team to translate technical requirements into functional solutions and work to ensure quality using Agency technology standards, and industry best practices.

 

EXAMPLES OF WORK

Utilizes Microsoft Visual Studio, SSIS, Task Factory, and other development tools to configure and customize CRM.

 

Performs analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support for Laserfiche Forms, Laserfiche Workflows, Laserfiche Connector, Quick Fields, and Repositories.

 

Troubleshoots Laserfiche issues and provides CRM solutions to existing and new business processes.

 

Works to ensure that the solutions meet the IT standards for reliability, data integrity, data validity, usability, maintainability, and security.  

 

Facilitates meetings to form collaboration between the business unit and technical staff.

 

Works with the business unit and team members to define business needs and define requirements.

 

Reports and communicates status updates with business stakeholders, team members, and Agency management.

 

Researches new tools and technology to support Laserfiche and CRM environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

At least three years of Document Management experience in Information Technology.

At least three years of experience creating and implementing workflows.
