Position Overview and Responsibilities
This position will serve as the FX Module Integration Liaison in the Office of Florida Health Care Connections (FX) in the Agency for Health Care Administration. The Module integration liaison will be the key contributor for integrating FX modules. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate cross-FX module requirements, and to confirm that those requirements are documented per FX technical standards, deliverable expectations documents, and FX Module generates outcomes that meet and align with CMS MITA certification expectations.
Key Responsibilities of this position are below:
• Work with the vendor to evaluate and report requirements fulfillment for the FX Module shared system components and ensure they meet specified requirements, including contracts, business processes, user stories, design specifications, and system interface control documents. Assist the vendors, as needed, to load and map requirements, user stories into the FX ALM system which is currently Jira. Provide FX Module operational readiness reports on the vendors on the status of the progress of their requirements.
• Will act as the liaison between the vendor, FX Management, testing team and IT to facilitate effective communication on the integration of FX module vendors for solution design, system integration control documents, and system integration testing.
• Facilitate the integration process of FX modules, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Attend the vendors Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to ensure understanding and ensure the FX standards are followed
• Will work with the MITA certification vendor, FX management, testing team and OCM to ensure the FX Module vendor is achieving adherence to CMS MITA certification requirements, ensuring all project outcomes align with these rigorous requirements to achieve a comprehensive operational readiness decision.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance integration processes and contribute to the FX technology modernization project's overall success. Will suggest any changes or enhancements to FX standards or procedures based on vendor feedback.

Minimum Qualifications
