 Your Specific Responsibilities:
 
"In accordance with Chapter 447.203(5), the incumbent of this position assists the Revenue Program Administrator I-SES in a confidential capacity by performing duties relative to personnel, purchasing, budget and fiscal matters".


 This is a highly responsible position  involving grant analysis, system analysis and various reporting for programs administered by the FloridaCommerce.

 

Create, maintain and produce on a set schedule (monthly, weekly, quarterly, etc.) various production reports and/or spreadsheets needed for internal and external offices, such as the Schedule of Allotment Balances Report, Grant Summary Report and LWDB Monthly Expenditure Report.


 Produce various adhoc reports and/or spreadsheets needed for special projects.  Duties include working with users on analyzing their needs, programming, extracting data, creation of tables, and producing these reports on an as needed basis.


 Assist with FloridaCommerce allocation analysis and processes.  Duties include collecting and analyzing data, writing programs, and assisting with preparation of presentation materials.
 
Builds automated tools for process improvement as required.  Maintain existing database programs.
 
Analyze system processes to identify potential problems, increase efficiency or streamline the current process.
 
Assist with annual preparation of allotments for the initial Operating Budget.
 
Provide technical assistance as needed.
 
Performs other related duties as required. 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  •  Extensive knowledge of FLAIR.
  • Ability to prepare financial reports and perform in-depth analyses of accounting data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.

 

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00
