JOB SUMMARY: This is an Account Management Supervisor - Revenue Administrator III - SES position in the General Tax Administration Program, Account Management Process. The incumbent creates and maintains reports and presentations using a variety of software products and provides leadership and direction to lower-level administrators and staff. The incumbent meets operational objectives by assisting with establishing and communicating program and process strategic initiatives, prioritizing, and allocating workloads, managing vacancies, identifying, and analyzing workflow, performing costs/benefits analyses, and implementing process improvements. The incumbent also manages staff by establishing expectations, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering open communication.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.  
  • Five years of experience working with the Florida Department of Revenue, with at least four years in the General Tax Administration Program.
  • Two years of experience navigating and interpreting reemployment tax account information using the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
  • Two years of supervisory experience with the Florida Department of Revenue.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position will generally not exceed $5,049.15 monthly/$60,589.80 annually.
