JOB SUMMARY: This is an Account Management Supervisor - Revenue Administrator II - SES position in the General Tax Administration Program, Account Management Process. The incumbent creates and maintains reports and presentations using a variety of software products, meets operational objectives by prioritizing and allocating workloads, manages vacancies, identifies and analyzes workflow, performs costs/benefits analyses, and implements process improvements. The incumbent also manages by establishing expectations, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering open communication.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- One year of experience performing registration functions in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
- One year of experience performing rate transfers in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
- One year of experience as a team lead or manager.
- Experience performing quality assurance reviews of forms processed in Account Management
SPECIAL NOTES:
- The required work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Mandatory overtime may be needed during peak periods, which could include weekends.
SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $4,541.27 monthly/$54,495.24 annually.
