MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or its equivalent and one (1) year of professional or nonprofessional accounting experience; or
A bachelor's degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, or business administration.

JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for the timely opening and sorting of mail receive for the Revenue processing section.
Responsible for creating deposits in the Revenue system for documentation to be validated. Reviews the documentation for overlooked checks and distributes the documentation for the paperwork to be validated.
Responsible for distributing the documentation that has been processed to the divisions on a daily basis.
Responsible for checking FLAIR for outstanding accounts receivables for payments received.
Audits the validated deposit paperwork for accuracy.
Responsible for scanning checks to divisions that require more information.
Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
