MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, or business administration; or
One (1) year of professional or nonprofessional accounting experience.

NOTES:

JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for the processing of debit memos received from the Department of Financial Services (DFS).
Responsible for processing remote deposits from divisions throughout the state.
Responsible for the establishment of accounts receivable in the FLAIR system for invoices from the various divisions.
Records journal transfers from other state agencies in a timely manner.
Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Responsible for scanning checks to divisions that require more information.
Responsible for scanning deposit packets daily.
