This position is in the agency’s accounting section and the primary responsibility will be preparing travel reimbursement forms for agency travelers.

 

NOTE:  Preference will be to applicants with the following:

Knowledge of the statutory requirements for state travel. 

Experience working in the State Travel Management System.

Experience inputting accounting transactions into FLAIR.

 

Examples of Duties Include:

Preparation of trip forms on behalf of travelers in the Statewide Travel Management System (STMS).

Input of FLAIR entries – includes recording encumbered and unencumbered disbursements, manual encumbrances, deposits, accounts payable and receivable, etc.

Printing and assembling Voucher Schedules.

Printing and verifying Voucher Summaries.

Scanning bar-coded Voucher Schedules.

Reconciliation of Sun Pass Report to Travel Vouchers.

Successful completion of Level 2 background screening is required for all positions with the Division of Administrative Hearings.
