Minimum Starting Salary: $1,458.23 Bi-weekly. (In accordance with current spending restrictions, an internal promotion will be filled at the minimum of the pay grade or up to 5% of the employee’s current rate, whichever is higher.)                              

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for the daily keying of the adjustments and refunds for Cost of Care accounts prepared by Accountants as a result of an audit. The position will check, review and validate the accuracy of the information before it is keyed into the accounting system.

 

Conducts detailed reviews of adjustments and refunds keyed for additional verification of the accuracy to the clients’ accounts.

 

Complete preparation of packets to be scanned in Axiom and verified for accuracy

 

Assists with return mail and address updates as needed

 

Resolves inquiries and questions from customers regarding their Cost of Care invoices by phone and email

 

Assiss with the pickup and distribution of incoming mail in the Cost of Care Unit

 

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Minimum Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates with customer service, audit, and cost of care experience.

Licenses that have Corrective Lenses Restriction are acceptable, provided the driver wears corrective lenses while operating the vehicle.
