BIWEEKLY SALARY: $1,462.60 (In accordance with the current spending restrictions, an internal promotion into this position will be filled at the minimum of the pay grade or up to 5% of the employee's current rate, whichever is higher).
This position is assigned primarily to the Agency Headquarters and North Region Personnel Attorney and the Contracts Attorney to provide administrative and secretarial support in a variety of duties and assignments.
Primarily, provide administrative and secretarial support to the Agency Personnel attorney, which includes drafting, reviewing, and proofreading routine legal documents, memoranda, and correspondence;
maintaining and scheduling attorneys’ calendar; copying, scanning, and organizing documents for hearings, projects, and meetings; answering office telephones; transferring calls; and taking messages; collecting and distributing mail, faxes, and packages; overseeing and maintaining the upkeep of office inventory and office equipment; maintaining and updating the office records management systems; and performing other related duties as assigned;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING/REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of office procedures and practices.
Knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to use standard business formats and styles for letters and business forms.
Ability to use Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Ability to operate general office equipment.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least two (2) years of experience working in an office setting. Experience in My Florida Market Place (MFMP) Ariba On Demand (AOD).

Licenses that have Corrective Lenses Restriction are acceptable, provided the driver wears corrective lenses while operating the vehicle.
