Duties and Responsibilities
This position functions as an integrated member of the SharePoint Services team. The incumbent will perform SharePoint development tasks and support users in managing content hosted within SharePoint sites. The work involves the design, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, documentation and support of new or existing applications software with cross divisional scope.

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Skill in developing custom workflow solutions using Nintex
  • Skill in SharePoint Server administration
  • Skill in designing web pages and web sites
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and integration with SharePoint Server
  • Skill in Nintex workflows
  • Skill in InfoPath development
  • Skill in developing custom solutions using SharePoint Designer for SharePoint Server
  • Skill in developing custom solutions using Visual Studio for SharePoint Server
  • Knowledge of Web Server Administration
  • Knowledge of current web design guidelines
  • Knowledge of web portal technology
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management systems
  • Knowledge of data privacy and protection initiatives
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle process
  • Ability to maintain currency on tools, methodologies, and technologies related to data administration

Preferred Qualifications

Job Related Requirements

  • The position you are applying is subject to a Level 2 background and CJIS security clearance, to include fingerprinting as a condition of employment pursuant to Chapter 110.1127, 435 and 943, Florida Statutes.  As an applicant for positions requiring CJIS security clearance, you are required to disclose criminal records that have been sealed or expunged.

  • The elements of the selection process may include a skill assessment and/or oral interview.
