Requirement:
- Two (2) years of experience performing contract management functions and/or performing compliance audits.
Preference:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of the methods of compiling and analyzing data.
- Knowledge of basic mathematics.
- Ability to understand, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ability to review, analyze and evaluate data.
- Ability to perform technical analytical reviews and evaluation of audits.
- Ability to develop and maintain documentation standards.
- Ability to assist with procurement and contract management related functions.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

SPECIAL NOTES:
The work hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the office in Tallahassee, FL.
Salary Range: $47,668.01 - $60,000.00
Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Perform contract monitoring activities for Division contracts.
- Review SSAE (SOC 1 and 2).
- Audit reports for certain Division contracts, including working with Contract Manager on recommendations for the review, and making recommendations to management.
- Assist with procurement and contract management related functions.
