JOB SUMMARY: This is a Government Analyst I, Business Technology Analyst position located in the General Tax Administration Program, Business Technology Office, Data Support Services Unit. The incumbent performs the duties of a data/reporting analyst, including developing data extractions, writing queries, designing reports, and building dashboards. The incumbent also gathers requirements, builds functional specifications, and tests deliverables.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • One year of experience designing and building reports using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SAP (Systems, Applications & Products) Business Warehouse, or Microsoft SQL Server.                                              
  • One year of experience with SUNTAX (System for Unified Taxation) or  CAMS (Child Support Automated Management System).

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference will be given to applicants who have experience using all the following systems: Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau, and SAP (Systems, Applications & Products) Business Warehouse.
