$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annually                       $2,115.38 - $2,500.00 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

This position is responsible for leading coordination between program staff, vendors, and Subject Matter Experts to define requirements, document processes, and support system enhancements for the Agency's Client Data Management System (CDMS) platform. The position manages change requests and deliverable tracking, facilitates testing activities and ensures accurate communication across stakeholders. The position also supports special projects to meet evolving program needs.

 

The Work You Will Do 

Schedules and facilitates meetings with APD internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and business process flows for system enhancements, configurations, reporting needs, interfaces, and forms to be implemented by development teams.

 

Participates in CDMS planning sessions with APD staff and the CDMS vendor, ensuring alignment between program needs, system capabilities, and project timelines.

 

Supports and participates in CDMS testing such as System Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other testing phases as assigned. Validate testing results and system functionality against documented requirements, process flows, and to-be designs. Leads the coordination of testing activities and assists SMEs in executing and documenting test results.

 

Maintains and updates the APD CDMS Change Control Log and schedule, including tracking requests, documenting decisions, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

 

Manages deliverable tracking for the CDMS Program, including monitoring due dates, coordinating reviews, and facilitating formal deliverable acceptance and sign-off processes.

 

Prepares and submits required CDMS state and reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable guidelines.

 

Supports special projects and performs additional duties as assigned to meet program and agency needs.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Three years of project management or administrative experience.

 

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program.  Rather than receiving a paper paycheck, your funds will be deposited directly into your account at your financial institution. This will be accomplished by Electronic Funds Transfer. Banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions are eligible to accept such deposits. Retirement funds are also required to be in the Direct Deposit Program.

Background Screening Requirement
