Are you a motivated, detail-oriented student looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic, high-level office environment? The Office of the Chancellor is seeking a Student Intern to join our team! This is a paid, part-time position ideal for students who are interested in public service, communications, design, or administrative leadership.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Provide essential front-office support including greeting guests, answering calls, and managing appointments.
- Draft meeting minutes and official documents.
- Create professional materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Publisher, and more.
- Design spreadsheets, organize data, and help maintain important internal records.
- Contribute to real projects that support the mission and operations of the Chancellor’s Office.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- A full-time college student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Someone who can commit to 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher).
- Experience using Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design and format documents.
