A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.


Additional requirements:

  • One (1) or more years of experience with printing & printing equipment.
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs or more.
  • Must be willing to be on-call on weekends.
  • Must be willing to travel.


One (1) or more years of computer experience is preferred.


Additional preference will be given to applicants with two (2) or more years of experience with the following:

  • TSO experience.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Printing experience.
  • Mail Merging software.


The salary range for this position is $31,200.00 - $36,000.00 annually. 


This position may be required to occasionally perform duties other than those listed on the position description.


This position requires a security background check, including fingerprint as a condition of employment. 


Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle.

Minimum Qualifications for this position include the following REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of print operations and all related equipment.
  • Knowledge of process workflows.
  • Skill in operating printers and various output hardware.
  • Skill in identifying, analyzing and resolving problems logically and systematically.
  • Ability to analyze and detect equipment malfunctions.
  • Ability to operate the computer console and follow procedures exactly to ensure timely and accurate output production.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely orally and in writing.



  • Responsible for the operation of any assigned equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
  • Perform quality control checks on output.
  • Distribute output and/or prepare output for mailing and distribution.
  • Maintain designated control logs and records.
  • Responsible for the balancing of printed output using controlled stock.
  • Responsible for the output quality and control of state warrants processed on assigned equipment.
  • Responsible for the monitoring of print queues and job priorities.
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs or more.
  • Must be willing to be on-call on weekends.
  • Must be willing to travel.
