JOB SUMMARY:
This position performs as a business analyst for the Enterprise System Support (ESSP- Business Warehouse ) team and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
- Leading projects for enhancements using the life cycle management of the system design, development, and implementation phases.
- Leading the systems development and documentation.
- Assist management with managing resource allocations.
- Working with team members on Project Management principles
- Serving as a backup for Project Management Tool
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Four years of experience as a business analyst working within a software development lifecycle, including at least two years specifically with SAP systems or data warehousing environments (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA, or similar).
- Four years of experience developing business process flows or computer system data flows as evidenced on your application employment history.
- Three years of experience performing functional or data gap analysis to identify differences between current and target business processes, system functionality, or reporting capabilities, and preparing option papers or recommendations for management and/or stakeholders.
- Two years of experience coaching/mentoring or training others in business procedures.
PREFERENCES:
- Experience in Child Support program operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA.
- Project management experience with a solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
SALARY: $53,917.08 - $77,921.64
