JOB SUMMARY:
This position performs as a test lead for the Enterprise System Support, ESSP-Web Development & Support Management team and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
- Functioning as a lead on complex projects or projects that involve multiple teams.
- Oversee the comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project goals and timelines.
- Lead in planning and executing the software testing process.
- Monitor test progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.
- Work with team members on Project Management principles
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Four or more years of experience working with the Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS).
- Four years of experience functioning as a business analyst following a software development lifecycle.
- Four years of experience preparing reports, presentations, or gathering supporting documentation.
- Three years of experience using testing methodologies and tools.
- Two years of experience coaching/mentoring or training others in business procedures.
PREFERENCES:
- Knowledge of File hold and/or HP Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Experience managing multiple projects.

SALARY: $52,859.88 - $76,393.68.
