JOB SUMMARY: This is an Operations Analyst II - Computer Systems Specialist position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Enterprise Systems Support Process (ESSP), Operations & Support Unit. The incumbent in this position is expected to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The employee in this position will perform the duties related to the Operations & Maintenance activities and production support of the Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS). Monitor system outputs and report anomalies to the appropriate stakeholders and technical team. Perform data updates/corrections to the Production/Live environment. Compile data from single or multiple resources and format into a summary or master report.  Develop and revise procedures, Job Aids, and instructions respective to the program. Collaborate with ESSP, ISP, and/or Program Office team to create and improve processes and procedures.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently Employed with the Florida Department of Revenue
  • One year of experience working for the Child Support Program of the Department of Revenue
  • Two years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, with fluency in Microsoft Excel
  • Two years of experience providing quality customer service
  • Two years of experience collecting and analyzing data to identify and solve problems, develop alternative recommendations, and implement resolution*
  • Two years of experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (i.e. report writing, public speaking, presentations) to a diverse internal and external audience*

   SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • *College education may substitute on a year for year basis
