POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Provide AASHTOWare Project Construction (PrC) support to district personnel. Assist with application access (AARF Requests) and resolving user’s system/application issues. Develop and conduct live and webinar training for construction contract administration management, including PrC Quick Help Updates. Plan and conduct PrC monthly coordinator meetings, and annual statewide meeting.
Provide AASHTOWare Project Estimates (EED) support with monthly and final estimates. Attend EED monthly coordination meetings.
Provide Project Solve SharePoint (PSSP) and EDMS support. Plan and conduct EDMS & PSSP monthly coordinator meetings.
Conduct Process Reviews (QARs) related to contract administration requirements for department construction contracts in accordance with the Audit and Administrative procedures as outlined in the manual of Engineering Audit and Administrative Standards for Final Estimates.
Serve as the security coordinator for automated applications and systems related to construction contract administration. |

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge related to the construction of transportation facilities. Knowledge of contract administration management procedures Knowledge of construction management information systems used by the department. Skills in dealing with the other department offices, federal offices, and contractors. Ability to communicate effectively

OTHER JOB RELATED REQUIREMENTS: This position will be required to respond before, during and following emergency situations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or its equivalent, and two years of experience
you may be required to provide documentation (i.e. HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY, college transcripts, ETC.) to verify meeting these Minimum Qualifications.
