The Consumer Services Analyst - EOG position is located in the Citizens' Services Office within the Executive Office of the Governor. This position reports to the Director of Citizens' Services and is responsible for quickly and efficiently responding to issues received by the Executive Office of the Governor. This position requires excellent communication and research skills, as well as a thorough working knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of government, the Executive Office of the Governor and state agencies. This position requires the ability to communicate and collect data via phone, in writing and in person. Strong reading and organizational skills needed and proficient use of MS Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn MS Dynamics, scanners/copiers and other equipment. This position requires the ability to multi-task and work well with team members with a high level of adaptability.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide information and access to benefits and services to those who contact the Executive Office of the Governor by phone. It is a responsible, professional position and requires extensive knowledge regarding the operations of state agencies and the major goals and policies adopted by the Governor. The salary is $30,500.04.
