MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major course of study in marketing, business, merchandising, agriculture, or communications and two (2) years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, agriculture, budgeting, business or industry development, the travel or restaurant industry, research; or
A master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major course of study in business administration and one (1) year of professional experience as described above.
Professional or paraprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Requires possession of a valid Driver’s License.

JOB DUTIES:
Serves as deadline manager for media contract. Manages media advertisement due dates. Works with graphics team and media agency to coordinate advertisement development according to seasonality and publish dates. Makes recommendations for recipe and brand advertisements in consumer and industry print and digital publications. Tracks publication of new recipes and works with leadership for approvals.
Responsible for a variety of administrative and general assignments related to culinary and media. Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge and capability of general office procedures, databases, and other technical capabilities as needed to achieve the mission of promotion of the “Fresh From Florida” brand.
Manages recipe development and publication. Uses software to generate and input nutritional data into recipes. Responsible for Salesforce entry of media agency raw reports and contractual services. Takes notes and organizes recipe formulation during photo and video shoots and prepares recipes for editing. Tracks commodities used in recipes and identifies need for commodity specific recipes. Responsible for commodity purchase tracking for the division.
Serves as primary assistant to culinary team on activations and events. Collaborates with other sections to organize and finalize activation itineraries. Assists culinary team with planning, gathering and packing equipment for activations and events. Maintains inventory of kitchen items and supplies. Manages calendar of events, chef appearances and travel. Schedules and processes travel arrangements for chef in STMS. Manages and schedules interview inquiries and chef appearance requests.
Processes travel for video section. Maintains monthly video production reports. Researches and orders equipment for video section, as needed. Transcribes video content, as needed. Tracks purchasing card, budget and purchase orders for video section.
Processes travel for graphics section. Manages graphics assignments database (assigns job numbers, tracks jobs for artists, maintains accurate spreadsheets). Fulfills image requests from clients using Canto. Maintains monthly graphics reports.
Performs related duties as required.
