MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major course of study in marketing, business, merchandising, economics, agriculture, international affairs, leisure services, or communications and three (3) years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, agriculture, international affairs, leisure services, business or industry development, the travel industry or in the hotel or restaurant industry; or
 

A master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major course of study in business administration and two (2) years of professional experience as described above.
 

Professional or paraprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.  
 

Requires possession of a valid Driver’s License.

JOB DUTIES:
 

Serves as main contact for culinary events and division activations. Prepares and executes culinary event requests. Determines the resources required to complete the activities. Collaborates with supervisor and chef to plan event activations. Schedules rentals, travel, reservations and planning for events with Chef. Tracks and reports on section allocations and updates budget categories for Chef. Responsible for coordinating with graphics and video team for assets needed for events. Provides direct assistance to culinary and media team on site at activations.
 

Responsible for planning, documenting and executing photo & video shoots with culinary team and media supervisor. Serves as the primary contact for updating “Fresh From Florida” website and landing pages. Assists supervisor with presentation content requests and development. Responsible for answering “Fresh From Florida” correspondence for Chef and Brand.
 

Responsible for a variety of administrative and general assignments related to culinary and media. Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge and capability of general office procedures, databases, and other technical capabilities as needed to achieve the mission of promotion of the “Fresh From Florida” brand.
 

Serves as Salesforce project manager for chef and media events, creates final reports, processes invoices and P-Card documentation.
 

 Performs other related duties and special assignments as assigned.
