PAY:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from $49,584.72 to $60,000.04, annually.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, prioritize, diagnose, research, document, and resolve service requests for hardware, software, applications, peripherals, account creation and/or deletion, and network connectivity for in-office and mobile staff.
- Configure and setup hardware, software, peripherals, network connectivity, and install specialty applications/software (as necessary) for in-office and mobile staff.
- Configure, setup, and support in-office and mobile telephonic software and devices.
- Responsible for installation of new desktops, relocation of existing desktops, completion of installation/relocation paperwork, following standards for desktop software and tracking of licensed products. Formulate, coordinate, and ensure standards for desktop hardware and software. This includes creating and managing images and task sequences in System Center (SCCM).
- Effectively demonstrate commitment to the Enterprise Systems Support team by engaging in open communication, sharing job and task knowledge with team members, taking initiative to help resolve recurring issues, working productively, and maintaining a high quality of work.
- Continuously seek an advanced level of understanding of the Department’s current and future technologies to better use and administer current and future technology services.
- Document current and future processes that impact technology operations and services. Share created documentation to a central repository for use by other members of Information Systems.
- Suggest procedural changes – if applicable – to improve operations specific to Information Systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve efficiency of technology resources.
- Stay current with advancing technologies by assessing and adjusting current implementations, and proactively preparing for future implementations.
- Perform related work as required.
